When picking out a wedding venue, it was important for my (now) husband and I to find somewhere that was not only beautiful, but also practical and easy. Mr. Bailey was so easy to work with and was there to help with anything that we may have needed throughout our engagement and wedding planning process. Choosing Bailey Wick Farm was our best decision ever! This venue accommodated our large bridal parties in the getting ready suites, and also was the perfect place to have our ~230 guests for our big day! The venue was beautiful all by itself, making it simple to decorate. We loved having our day here, and we will always look back on our pictures knowing that we could not have chosen a better place to start our life together.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the sunset view was to die for. We came for 2 weddings and a shower. Everything was relaxing, not rushed, fun and inviting. If you’re looking for a venue don’t look any farther!! Beautiful from the time you pull in the parking lot. Trust the Bailey’s for your next occasion because they don’t disappoint! It’s absolutely a peaceful sitting on the porch!

I attended a baby shower here this summer! Such a beautiful venue! It was very big and open inside! Had super tall ceilings with a beautiful antler chandelier! Loved the front porch and the rocking chairs! Definitely recommend this place!

I attended a baby shower this weekend at Bailey Wick Farm and what a beautiful place! It was the perfect place for this event and would be great for a wedding or really any other event. The view from the front porch was beautiful and the inside was amazing. I will definitely keep this in mind for any future needs.

This venue Is one of the most beautiful Structures I have never seen the venue has a breaktaking view of the mountains and pasture land period the structure of the building is incredibly designed, huge. And equipped with everything needed for a wedding, shower reunion or any event. I would recommend booking this venue for any occasion

Beautiful venue with breathtaking views.

Our daughter got married at Bailey Wick Farm on 3-25-23. It is such a beautiful setting and it was nice having the dressing rooms so close. The porch is wide and provides an awesome place for guests to gather with beautiful views. We did not know what to expect with the weather in late March but the bride and groom were determined to get married outside. The chance of rain Saturday morning was 85% but was supposed to clear by afternoon. We took a chance and went ahead with an outdoor setup for about 140 guests and the reception inside. It did pour rain in the morning, but stopped about 10 am, was cloudy and chilly until about 2:30 when the clouds started to fade and the sun came out just minutes before the 3 pm ceremony. My daughter and her husband got everything they wanted in their wedding day. It was very special! Mr. Bailey was easy to work with and we so appreciated being able to setup ahead of time and clean up on Sunday. Sweet memories to last a lifetime.

Our son and his beautiful bride looked at several venues before deciding on baileywick. Mr. Bailey was so easy to work with and they were allowed to visit the venue with their wedding planner several times to plan set up for their big day. The venue is so spacious that they decided to have the rehearsal dinner catered there as well.
So, wedding day came and there was 100% chance of rain. They were expecting 200 people and the plan was to get married down at the beautiful tree and celebrate at the barn. The plan had to change due to pouring rain.
The tables were parted to create aisle, there is a great covered porch that is very large that cocktail hour was set up and plenty of room for people to mingle. There is another covered area that features barn doors that they were able to get group pictures.
Even with constant rain the day was perfect. Mr. Bailey was attentive to our needs and they are super happy that they chose Baileywick.

I rented the Baileywick barn for my wedding in December thanks to a recommendation by Florals by Kimberly. It was the perfect venue to keep everyone warm and spaced out. There was plenty of room for myself and my husband to get ready. The barn was the perfect rustic backdrop for our wedding ceremony and the porch looked over a beautiful view of Fincastle. Mr. Bailey was also gracious enough to let us into the venue the day before to decorate, which alleviated some stress on the day of the wedding. We were also assured that we would be the only wedding that weekend allowing for a timely but stress free clean up. As the bride, I couldn’t have planed a more special day, and I am thankful for the effort that was put into such a beautiful venue.
